A Moment of Brotherhood, Wellness, and Community Strength

I had the privilege of speaking at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church for their Men’s Day seminar, where we explored what it means for Black men to care for their mental, physical, and spiritual health. The conversation was powerful, grounded in faith, and rooted in the realities our communities face every day. I’m deeply grateful to Bro. Sears, Pastor Dredd, and the men for the invitation and warm welcome.

This work continues because our communities deserve spaces where men can show up fully, heal openly, and lead with purpose.
